Syv had his 3 week appointment today and he now weighs 8 lbs 14 1/2 oz and is 21 inches long!

So a little late on this post but it's been a crazy couple of weeks! Sylvain Campbell Scott made his debut on March 13, 2010 at 3:14pm, he was 7lbs 11oz and 21 inches long! Big boy for being so early!! On friday the 12th when I went in for my doctor appt my blood pressure was pretty high and I had, had a headache all day that would not go away so doc decided to go ahead and induce labor. I went into the hospital on Friday at 5pm and they tried to get labor going by using pitocin but by Saturday at 2 I was still only 3cm dilated and they were having a hard time getting the epidural to work so the doctor decided to go ahead and do a C Section to get him out. It has been an amazing couple of weeks, he is everything we could have imagined (he is definitely a mini me of Daddy : ) ). We are so happy and everyone is doing well. I will try to be better about posting on here pics of the baby and how we are all doing!!

35 week appointment

Had our 35 week appointment yesterday. Syv is measuring two weeks ahead at this point and his estimated weight is 6lbs 70zs (his femur was measuring 4 weeks ahead so looks like he is going to be tall like daddy : ) ) I have been having contractions on and off for about two weeks and on Sunday they were pretty intense so the doctor went ahead and checked me out and I am 1cm dilated and partially effaced. 5 more weeks until our little one is here : )

The top picture is a typical weekend day here, Ruby and I are pretty lazy : ) The next two pictures of Ruby and Pearl are the first pictures we took with our new camera last weekend and we have not posted any pictures of the babies we already have so I figured we should put a couple up here! The last two pictures are pictures of the BEAUTIFUL quilt my cousin Laura and Aunt Anna made for Syv, it hangs on the wall in his room and looks great!!! THANK YOU AGAIN!!
