It's been too long!!!

Well, I've been so super awful at keeping up with this but I am trying to commit to keeping everyone updated from here on out... Syv is now 10 months old, at 9 months old he was 26lbs and 31 inches long. He is doing great, crawling around like a mad man!!! Not quite walking yet but he's been standing and cruising for months now so we are just waiting for the moment, he took his first few steps a couple weeks ago but has yet to take off! He says MaMa, DaDa, Bubba, and loves to laugh all the time. He is still going to daycare at Place to Grow Daycare where Annie takes care of him and he LOVES it there. She is amazing and we could not have found anywhere better for him. I will post some pics over the last few months next...

WAY behind on posting, sorry!! First set of pics are from him trying to sit up on Mommy's lap, then there is one in his 4th of July get-up, then a couple from Will getting him situated in his new car seat!! Last weekend we went to our friend Leland Alexander's 1st Birthday party so I will post some pics from there. This week we went to Syv's 4 month appointment and he is officially off the charts!!! He is now 26 1/2 inches long and 19.3lbs.....BIG BOY, off the charts for weight and in the 95th percentile for height, our little giant!!! We also started him on solid foods this week, our first food was green beans and boy did he love them! The first day he almost finished the jar and today (day 3) not only did he finish it, Mommy was not feeding him fast enough so he took the spoon out of my hand and put it in his mouth himself!!

Those are a couple pics from our first day in our baby pool! We had to wait til the sun went down enough so that we were in it in the shade so Syv was a little chilly! Hopefully as he gets a little older he will be more excited!!

2 Month Pics

Man am I behind!!

So I have not been very good at keeping up on here!!! I will post Syv's 2 month shots and also the professional shots we had taken while we were at home. Since we posted last, Syv went in for his 2 month appointment where he weighed 12lbs 13oz and was 24inches long! He has also since been back to a new GI doc who has us on Prevacid and Zantac and let me tell you, he is like a whole new baby!!! Happy as can be smiling and laughing away! Syv and Mommy went to Ohio for a week to meet all the Aunties and most of the rest of the family! It was a GREAT trip and Syv slept both ways on the plane so he was a very good boy for Mommy. While we were home we had professional pics taken of Syv and they are AWESOME!!! I will post a link to the Photographers website to see a sneak preview and then when we get them all I will post as well : ) He is doing great sleeping now, usually one stretch of at least 5-7 hours which Mommy greatly appreciates : ) No new tricks yet but we will post as he starts doing more and more!!
